These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and sale of items (“Items”) through www.ncases.com (“Website”) as well as the use of our Website. By placing a preorder or order (both referred to as "order") for such Items, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by NCASE LLC. ("NCASE", also referred to as “us” or “we”) without prior written notice at any time, in our sole discretion. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be posted on this Website, and you should review these terms and conditions before purchasing any Item. These terms and conditions are an integral part of the Website that generally applies to the use of our Website.

Order Acceptance

You will be charged immediately upon completing the checkout process. Please note that only the product options displayed at the time of order are available. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved, so they may go out of stock while you are in the process of checking out. After an order is received, we will start the shipping process within 2-3 business days.

Order Modification and Cancellation

We understand that changes to your order may be necessary. To accommodate modifications such as product updates, quantity adjustments, shipping corrections, or order cancellations, please notify us within 48 hours of placing your order.

Many of our products are either made-to-order or built-to-order. Therefore, once the order is processed or shipped, it CANNOT be canceled and refunded. This timeframe ensures we can address your needs before your order progresses to the shipping stage. Please note that AFTER 48 hours, we are UNABLE to make any changes to your order.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Our payment processor, Shopify, does not refund the processing fee charged (typically less than 5%). Hence, this portion of your payment cannot be refund.

Receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not indicate our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, at any time after receiving it, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged. In the event of an order cancellation after your credit card has been charged, you will promptly receive a refund credit to your account.

Payment Terms, Shipping, and Taxes/Duties

All payments must be made through the Website and in United States dollars. Please note that you will be charged for the Items once the preorder is placed, as this will secure the Items for you. All refunds are processed in United States dollars and are done irrespective of changes to foreign exchange rates from the date of purchase.

We accept payment for all purchases through third-party payment processors. You agree to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions of those processors. Further, you represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply to us, our vendors, and our affiliates are accurate, correct, and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes and or duties if any.

Please be aware that because of the made-to-order nature of the transactions on our Website, you should expect a delay after placing the order before your Items are ready to ship. Items will generally be shipped in the order in which they are received. Unless otherwise noted, shipments will be made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your shipping needs. Please check the shipping options at checkout for specific delivery options and fees. All shipping fees are quoted in United States dollars. No C.O.D. orders can be accepted.

Please note that if provided, the posted shipping time frame may vary from item to item. The posted shipping time frame is contingent upon credit card approval and may be delayed should we experience difficulties obtaining authorization.

Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the Item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before completing your preorder.

Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days following payment confirmation presented on the products you've ordered. However, please be aware that this processing period may fluctuate during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Packaging and Shipping Policy

All items are prepackaged for individual shipping by default, so we cannot combine shipping for multiple items unless stated otherwise.

Signature Requirement for Delivery

A signature may be required for delivery. Please be sure that someone is available to receive and sign the package. If not, please coordinate with the courier to pick it up at their office.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is packaged, you'll receive a notification email confirming that it's being fulfilled. We'll then update your order with the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier within 2-3 business days. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

It's common for certain tracking information to remain unchanged for a few days, as some shipping methods may not update immediately to reflect the item's status. Tracking updates typically resume once the package reaches its destination country and undergoes customs processing.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, it's important to acknowledge that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues. We expressly disclaim responsibility for situations outside of our control that may cause delays. Your understanding and patience in such circumstances are appreciated.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you suspect your package is lost or missing, please contact our customer support team via Chat Support on our website. We'll be glad to help you locate the package or arrange for a replacement if needed.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails and the package is returned to our warehouse, we may ask you to pay shipping cost to have it reshipped.

Damages

NCASE is NOT responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to the shipment carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not liable for delays, losses, or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once shipments have been dispatched, we are unable to alter the address or redirect them.

Changes in Items and Pricing

We are constantly updating and revising our offering of items, and we may discontinue items at any time without notice. All pricing for the Items is subject to change. For all of our prices and Items, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, Item discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.

Warranty

NCASE provides a non-transferable warranty to the purchaser of NCASE products purchased from our website unless otherwise indicated on our website, listing, or other related materials. NCASE warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a specified period commencing on the date of purchase. Except where applicable local law prohibits, this warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary under local laws.

In general, this warranty means your NCASE product will operate according to published technical specifications and in the operating environment for which it was intended for the duration of the warranty period. Products missing parts and/or accessories must be communicated to NCASE customer service within seven days of delivery to be covered by the warranty. This warranty version applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2020. For prior versions of the NCASE limited warranty, please get in touch with customer service.

Refund and Replacement policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

For orders outside of the United States, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. At present, we are unable to provide international return labels.

Return Process

  1. To start a return, you can contact us via Chat Support on our website. Since each order is dispatched from a unique location, we kindly request that you await our instructions regarding the correct shipping address. Failure to adhere to this guidance may result in the rejection of your return request.
  2. Requests for cancellations of shipped items made by the customer are subject to a 15% payment processing fee. Customers should also be aware that additional foreign exchange fees may be applicable for payments not made in US dollars.
  3. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  4. Pictures and short videos could largely expedite the return process for our product team to determine the issues. Please share them with us via Chat Support on our website.
  5. Please verify that your shipping address is both complete and accurate. If any corrections are needed, kindly notify us promptly.
  6. If your return is approved, you'll receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package for orders shipped within the United States. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will NOT BE ACCEPTED. Should you have any questions about returns, feel free to reach out to us at any time.

Damages and defective products upon arrival

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us ASAP. This allows us to promptly assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

When requesting a return, please include your order number, a description of the item you intend to return, and the reason for the return. Additionally, including pictures and short videos can greatly expedite our product team's troubleshooting process. You can share these with us through Chat Support on our website.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition cannot be returned.

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above. Once the return is accepted, and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without the need for justification. Similarly, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return item(s), we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please be aware that our payment processor, Shopify, does not refund the processing fee charged (typically less than 5%). Hence, this portion of your payment cannot be refunded.
